Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me at and are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes you'll need to reschedule an appointment. As a result, I respectfully request at least 24 hours of notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel outside of the 24 hour window, we miss the opportunity to schedule appointments with guests on our waiting list. Less than 24 hours of notice will result in 50% of service cancellation fee No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service amount; you will be considered a "no show" if you don't show up within 15-30 minutes of your appointment start time.
